HUB Coordinators Contact List

Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2161.062(e), state agencies with biennial budgets that exceed $10 million shall designate a staff member to serve as the Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) Coordinator for the agency. The HUB Coordinator will advise and assist agency executive directors and staff in complying with HUB requirements, facilitating the agency's good faith effort to increase HUB participation, preparing and submitting HUB reports, monitoring contracts for HUB compliance and coordinating HUB marketing and outreach efforts.

It is the responsibility of each state agency to provide the Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) with the name, phone number, fax number and email address of its designated HUB Coordinator.

HUB Certification Partners - MOAs

Texas Government Code §2161.061 authorizes the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide HUB Program to certify qualified small businesses and enter into Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs) with other small business-certifying entities to maximize the number of HUBs certified. With locations around the state of Texas, these partner organizations provide the Statewide HUB Certification. (Note: Some organizations assess membership costs to provide HUB certifications and have differing HUB certification durations.)
